This is a coming-of-age drama involving young characters. Kasuke and Omeda are students of a second-rate university and both belong to the basketball club. Kuzuroku is an elder friend from the same town. They decide to live a self-reliant way of life as they are too honest to themselves. They just can't stand being slaves to custom and relationships among people of the unjust society. Describing their friendship, this drama depicts points of life, worries, and happiness.
