It is the war-torn era where the Iga Ninja and Koga Ninja are in constant rivalry. Behind this, women have always suffered from oppression. One female Ninja, Kisaragi, makes a stand to put an end to this cycle of tragedy.
 
The starring role Kisaragi is played by Rina Takeda, the former Japanese Karate champion who is now an up and coming female action star. The breathtaking moves that amazed the world in "High-Kick Girl" and "KG Karate Girl" has polished and powered up to the fullest, and audiences will be glued to the seat with the no CGI necessary full throttle action.
Other cast includes, Mituski Koga (ICHI Evil Ninja), the star of "Alien Vs. Ninja" Masanori Mimoto, member of the idol group PureBoys, Yuichi Sato, and Kentaro Shimazu("Outrage").
The director is Seiji Chiba, known for his sharp cutting action films. With "Evil Ninja" "Alien Vs. Ninja"and "Nukenin", he is known as the pioneer in Ninja films, and now has made a challenge at creating a genuine "KUNOICHI (Female Ninja)" film. Kensuke Sonomura the action coordinator for "GANTZ" is the action director creating overwhelming fight scenes to zest up the battles on the silver screen.

[SYNOPSIS]
Behind the battle of the Iga Ninjas versus Koga Ninjas,
the footsteps of Flesh Trading Ninja's Conspiracy and Betrayal approaches...

The flesh trading ninjas kidnap women from enemy ninja group's villages, and use the women as tools of temporary comfort for themselves. The Iga Ninja member Shimotsuki and Hyotsuki ordered to kidnap the women, are in the process of transporting Kisaragi and three other women from the Kouga village. Suddenly an unknown man appears, cuts the tied ropes of the women, and sets them free. Shimotsuki and Hyotsuki chase the women running amuck as if they were playing a game. As one by one the women fall prey to the hands of these men, Kisaragi will discover the truth and the real enemy that lies behind this evil practice.
