From famous regional cuisine and picturesque hot springs to world-renowned advanced technology and samurai, each episode reveals little-known local secrets normally only privy to the people who live there!

Ninjapon also represents Japan as a member of the global community, covering international topics such as popular fruit booms in France, imitation crab meat and mushroom factories in Vietnam, and fish that catch the eye of American restauranteurs!
